Location:
Situated on the Eastern Mediterranean University campus, the dormitory is just 2-5 minutes’ walk from the academic departments, making it the closest accommodation available.

Room Types:
We offer 6 different types of rooms, including both single and double occupancy options. All rooms are equipped with balconies, designed with a hotel-style kitchen and bathroom, and are among the most spacious dormitory rooms in Cyprus.

Facilities:

• Comfort: Orthopedic beds for each student.
• Cleaning: Bedding is provided and changed weekly, with thorough cleaning twice a week.
• Furniture: Each student has a desk, lamp, bookshelf, wardrobe, sofa set, and a 49” Smart LED TV with Netflix.
• Climate Control: Central air conditioning system.
• Utilities: Free and unlimited electricity, 24-hour hot water, and high-speed fiber-optic internet with private room modems.
• Kitchen: In-room kitchens with built-in stoves, refrigerators, and more. Additional shared kitchens with full equipment are available on each corridor.
• Laundry: Washing and drying machines available. Laundry service is also offered.
